REVISTAS 1: "PHYSICAL HUMOR"

Carta da irmã de Richard Feynman publicada na "Discover" de Julho / Agosto de 2009:

"In an amusing interview (April, page 66) physicist Murray Gell-Mann grumbles that my brother, Richard Feynman, was a brilliant scientist but also "a clown". In fact, from the moment Richard was born, my father, who felt that learning was the most important thing in the world, wanted him to be scientist. But my mother felt that laughter was equally important, so when, at age 4, Richard announced that he wanted to be a clown, she encouraged him enthusiastically. Richard, of course, went on to win a Nobel Prize and to author (with Ralph Leighton) two best-selling humorous books, Surely You're Joking, Mr Feynman! and What Do you Care What Other People Think? "He has proven that a man can be both a physicist and a clown," my mother wrote to me, "and be good at both!" "
